Outsource Force is the latest course to hit the market from John Reese. As you may have guessed it’s not a course on making money but on how to get people to work for you dirt cheap. By the way, at the end of this review I’m going to give you an amazing tip that can really help sky rocket your business when you have your own team of outsourcers.

It’s a fact that if you want to grow your business online and make loads of money then you need to outsource your work to other people but the thing is, finding people that will do a good job for a low price is almost impossible if you don’t know how to do it. But I can tell you that there are a a ton of people out there that will work for just a couple of hundred dollars a month and do a killer job to help grow your business.
I myself have 5 people working for me at the moment. I consider them my secret workforce. All of them are from the Phillipines and they are all at university at the moment and they all speak good English. This is what I have them doing for me and how much I pay them.
- Article writer. I pay her $220 per month.
- Graphic designer. I pay him $300 per month.
- Another article writer. I pay her $250 per month.
- Backlink builder. I pay him $200 per month.
- Virtual assistant. I pay her $250 per month.

Now here’s the thing that might put you off about Outsource Force. You may think it is unethical to pay someone a couple of hundred a month to work for you full time, and honestly at the beginning I thought it was unethical too until I spoke with the employees and apparantly 200-300 dollars a month is a lot to them and is more than what a lot of people make over there. So it’s a win win situation.
Now from what I’ve heard John Reese is a master at outsourcing work so I have no doubt that Outsource Force will help you to build your own team of hard workers to help grow your business.
When you use Outsource Force to outsource your work if your worker/s does a good job then give them a 5% bonus at the end of the month. A 5% bonus may only be $10 but they will feel happy and like you more and in turn will do an even better job for you. This is what I do and it works wonders. If the worker isn’t doing a good job then replace them.
Ever since I bought Traffic Secrets I’ve had a lot of respect for John Reese. He’s one of the only “gurus” (I hate that word) that I really listen to when he talks. Outsourcing work means that you can get other people to do the crap you don’t want to do which leaves you time to focus on the more important stuff or the stuff that will actually add to your bottom line. If having your own team of workers working for you sounds good then Outsource Force is something you definitely want to check out.
